Upclub ROW delivers a powerful full-body workout built around the rowing machine. Rowing combines strength and cardio in one highly effective movement. It activates all major muscle groups: legs, glutes, core, back, shoulders, and arms. In other words — one movement, maximum impact. Rowing intervals are alternated with targeted mat exercises, where they isolate muscle groups to build strong muscles and keep the body in balance. Never rowed before? No worries.
