At Upclub ROW & RIDE, it’s all about training with energy, joy, and measurable results. In their two studios under one roof, you’ll find workouts that perfectly combine cardio and strength — the ideal balance for anyone looking to get fitter, stronger, and healthier. → Upclub ROW delivers a powerful full-body workout built around the rowing machine. Rowing combines strength and cardio in one highly effective movement. It activates all major muscle groups: legs, glutes, core, back, shoulders, and arms. In other words — one movement, maximum impact. Rowing intervals are alternated with targeted mat exercises, where they isolate muscle groups to build strong muscles and keep the body in balance. Never rowed before? No worries. Their trainers are there to guide and support you. → Upclub RIDE is an energizing mix of indoor cycling and dynamic strength training. You’ll switch between a bike and a bench. On the bike, you train in personalized power zones, making every workout challenging yet always doable. Sometimes you ride to the beat, other times you switch it up with climbs, races, or interval blocks. Off the bike, you’ll train with bodyweight and dumbbells, targeting all major muscle groups. Your trainer is there to motivate you and ensure proper technique throughout the workout. For all Upclub ROW & RIDE workouts, you can track your performance through your personal online dashboard. This motivates you to push harder, get the best out of yourself, and grow with every session. At Upclub ROW & RIDE, every workout is a step up.

* First time at Upclub ROW & RIDE? Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your workout. * If you arrive late, you may not be allowed to participate in the workout. * Wear indoor sports shoes (no wide heels) and a shirt that isn’t too loose. * Please bring your own towel.
