Raquel Miro and Carl Staaf are both professional dancers and have been working with the body for more than 20 years dancing, living and touring all over Europe. Raquel is as well a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and Carl is a Personal Trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach trained in the CHEK system. At Casa del Moviment we love to move! Come join us!
