Dance Mantra is an Indian dance and movement studio in Nürnberg, offering joyful, expressive and energising classes for adults and children.
Our sessions combine dance, rhythm, coordination, storytelling and mindful movement to support physical fitness, confidence and emotional wellbeing. Participants can experience styles such as Indian semi-classical dance, Bharatanatyam-inspired movement, Bollywood, Garba and creative dance fitness.
Classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. Beginners are encouraged, and no previous dance experience is required for most sessions. Each class helps participants improve flexibility, stamina, posture, musicality and body awareness while discovering the richness of Indian dance traditions.
At Dance Mantra, movement is not only about learning choreography. It is a space to reconnect with yourself, release stress, build confidence and experience the joy of dancing in a supportive community.

Important Info
Things to know before visiting Dance Mantra:
• Advance booking through the Urban Sports Club app is required, as spaces are limited.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the class for check-in.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
• Most classes are practised barefoot. Clean indoor dance shoes may be used where appropriate.
• Please bring water and a small towel.
• Beginners are warmly welcome, and no previous dance experience is required unless stated in the class description.
• Inform the instructor before class about any injuries, pregnancy or physical limitations so movements can be adapted where possible.
• Classes may be taught in English, with German support when required.
• Age restrictions and class-specific requirements will be mentioned in the individual class listing.
