Namasté lovely people! My name is Gérald Mathias, and I'd like to invite you on an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) journey, in the comfort of my private home. AYM is a style of bodywork that brings together the powers of deep tissue massage, breath-work, and assisted yoga stretching, to release any kind of physical or emotional blockages, and to achieve a long lasting relaxation. Using different natural oils and powders from the Ayurvedic tradition, the healing is given in accordance to your own personal needs. The effects of this massage are going to be experienced in the physical body and beyond, also positively affecting the most subtle layers of your being. Please notice that this kind of massage is traditionally performed on a comfortable massage mat on the floor. I offer a 30 minutes massage for USC members, with the possibility to extend it to 60 or 90 minutes to optimize the healing benefits (at an additional charge of 1 euro/min). Out of love for the environment, I will ask you to bring your own big towel for the massage (otherwise a towel can also be rented at the price of 3 euros). I'm truly looking forward to help you transform your day into a blissful experience!
