GET STRONG.NOW - Functional Strength Training that delivers Real strength, built to measure. 5 stations, 10 exercises, 50 minutes — one full-body circuit for everyone, whether you've never touched a weight or you've been lifting for years. You move through the whole room once: 40 seconds on, then switch, 3 rounds, 2 exercises per station. Every exercise plays on screen, the timer counts down for you, and your coach is on the floor the entire time. One highlight along the way: the HIIT Mill — a motorless treadmill you push like a sled and walk under load. One exercise per station stays exactly the same for 12 weeks, so progress is something you can point at, not guess at. The second exercise rotates every 4 weeks to keep things fresh. You choose your own weight. • Five stations, one full body: Kettlebell, barbell & dumbbell, the HIIT Mill, dumbbell & lat pulldown, bench & mat. Legs, back, chest, arms and core. • Muscle, bone and posture: Training against resistance builds muscle mass, supports your bone density and gives you a stronger, more upright everyday. • Coached, not just counted: Your coach demonstrates all ten exercises before the first set, corrects you during the rounds and offers you an alternative whenever something doesn't feel right that day. All levels and all genders are welcome. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned rack regular – STRONG.NOW scales with you, not against you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Once the class starts, the studio is locked. Come in training gear, bring a water bottle, we've got the rest.

📍 Good to Know - Indoor shoes required: You won’t be allowed to train without them (we recommend flat workout trainers instead of running shoes for a secure footing with every movement) - Please arrive 5–15 minutes before the class starts. For safety reasons, you won’t be able to join the class once it has started, as the door locks automatically. - We have changing rooms (all gender, female only) + refreshment spaces. Please note that there are no showers available at this location. - What to bring: Towel, water bottle, indoor trainers and a positive attitude - Recommendation: Grip gloves - Handy for heavier lifts and a secure grip. Available for purchase at the studio if you don't have your own (not required). ***Track your workouts*** With our Strong.Now web app, you can track your workouts and weights. You'll also find your plan and all exercises, including videos. Let your coach know before class so we can adapt your stations for you, if needed. The same applies to returning after birth: please be sure to talk to your doctor first. As a general guideline, it's recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a caesarean. Pick it up. Put it down. Let's get STRONG.NOW!
