    Please Note * A towel and clean indoor sports shoes are required. * We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. * Participants are asked to disinfect, set up, and put away their own trampoline before and after class. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start the class on time. * Due to the intensity of the workout, classes at this location are not suitable for people with heart conditions or for pregnant women.
