Created by Paulina, Just a lil’ break Yoga is a pop-up space in Steglitz dedicated to sound, stillness, and nervous-system reset. A place to pause the outside world and reconnect from the inside out.
Together with The Resonance Collective, this space hosts Paulina’s monthly sound baths—immersive sessions where crystal singing bowls guide you into deep rest and energetic realignment.
For 60 minutes, you lie in Savasana as sound moves through your body, softening tension, slowing the mind, and restoring balance on a cellular level.
Less doing. More receiving.
Because in a world that never stops, slowing down becomes sacred.

Please note: This session is a special, extended sound experience with limited spaces and premium instruments. While we love welcoming Urban Sports Club members, the USC Drop-In alone doesn’t fully cover the energetic and material exchange of this offering.
