Lesbionic Shakti is a safe space for Queers, FLINTA & BIPOC to practice yoga together. We aim to bring spirituality and healing to your life by guiding you through asanas (movement), meditation, pranayama (breath), sound healing and mantra singing. With Yoga for Queers we created a movement that is guided by the values of intersectional feminism. We follow a body positive approach: by showing appreciation to our bodies we slowly release years of trauma. In a society that constantly stigmatises our bodies, loving ourselves is an act of courage. All body shapes are welcome.
