Xica is a certified dance and gong sound performer, somatic movement educator, and bodyworker trained in Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. She brings over 20 years of teaching experience and has been giving one-to-one bodywork sessions for the past 6 years. Combining mindfulness with movement, touch, and sound, she also offers regular movement and stretching classes, as well as sensory and sound experiences. Softness, presence, sensing, slowness, inner perception, and deep relaxation are key qualities in my work.
