This is not your typical yoga studio, MSC it’s a space for inner connection, to grow in your movement practice, and to make friends while.
Here, connection meets community through Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Breathwork, Soundbath, Tarot classes and unique events.

Important Info
About the Classes:
1. All classes are offered in English.
2. All Levels are welcomed, please read the class description to understand what style best suits you.
3. We always start the class on time as respect from everyone's time. Therefore late arrivals are not allowed entry, please do not knock.
How to find us:
1. Scan the USC Qr code located at the entrance of the building
2. Ring the doorbell and wait until you are buzzed in. We turn on the doorbell 15min before the start of the class and turn it off 1 min before the class starts.
3. Enter through the main door and walk into the backyard, we are located on the right side.
We provide:
Yoga mats, props, complementary water and tea.
No showers are available, and you can use the toilet to change privately.
