Our central Amsterdam studio features bamboo floors, mirrors, and a unique heating system. The inviting space is heated to 40°C, enhancing your practice. Movements City is het stadse zusje van Movements Vondelpark. Ook deze boutique studio is een sereen plekje midden in de binnenstad. Zeer ervaren Yoga en Pilates teachers verzorgen een uitgebalanceerd lesaanbod van Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates tot geweldige Flow en Barre klassen. Important Info

Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Mats can be borrowed at the studio, a towel is mandatory to use on top of the mat for hygienic purposes. You can also rent a towel for 2 euros. Well stocked dressing rooms and showers are available, as well as state of the art lockers. Please arrive on time (at least 5 minutes before the class starts), otherwise we can give your spot to someone on the waiting list. Late arrivers will not be allowed into the class. Please leave your phone in our secure lockers. We care for our beginners and make their introduction to our studio smooth & simple. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your class starts. We kindly advise first timers to book a Hot C class, as the perfect choice for a first Hot Yoga workout. At the beginning of each class, new students are identified by the teachers, who guide & help them stay safe in their practice. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any inquiries new students may have.
