A wellness studio and a place to be at home, offering playful movement practices like yoga, mixed movement, dance, BJJ, capoeira, functional training, and more. Come enjoy our sauna and cold plunge ans smoothies & fresh bites by Aura. 1-hour session in our recovery room featuring a big, traditional hot sauna outfitted with LED mood lighting and high-output speakers to set the soundscape, paired with two Polar Plunge cold tubs. Designed for contrast therapy and post-training reset, it’s a clean, intentional space to slow down, recharge, and feel ready for whatever’s next. Please bring a towel. Towel use is mandatory during the Recovery Room session. MVMT Studio has towels available for rent for 5 euros.

Important Info

Please bring a towel. Towel use is mandatory during the Recovery Room session. MVMT Studio has towels available for rent for 5 euros. On arrival, please check-in with the team at reception., who will issue you with your Recovery Room access band. During your session, please wear swimwear at all times. Please shower between using the sauna and cold plunges. Please put the lids back on the cold plunges after every use to conserve the temperature. *The maximum number of check-ins allowed at this partner is four per month, regardless of the location.*
