My name is Sophia and I teach Hatha Flow Yoga at the SOUL ROOM. Through yoga, you will become more conscious of yourself and everything around you, to live peacefully and happily. This room is a safe space for you to relax, explore and enjoy movement. Let's find some time to slow life down. I teach in English to make yoga more accessible (no need to speak perfectly, I am a native German speaker). Classes are at an intermediate level, it will be helpful to know some basics such as e.g. sun salutations. You will be guided through pranayama (breathwork), creative flows, strengthening and relaxing asanas (body postures) and meditation.
