Before or after your class, connect with your friends & the PILAT3S Team and enjoy a well derserved coffee, matcha or one of our tasty collagen drinks (AIME). PILATES 30 MINUTEN: M-members kunnen tot 8x per maand bij deze locatie inchecken. L-members kunnen tot 10x per maand bij deze locatie inchecken. XL-members kunnen tot 12x per maand bij deze locatie inchecken.

HOW TO PREPARE: - Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. - Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel if you'd like. - For first timers: you are required to arrive 15 minutes before class starts so Instructors have time to explain to you the reformers and ensure safety during the class. - For regular PILAT3S clients: please ensure that you are on time, you will not be allowed to enter as soon as the class begins. - Currently we do not offer pregnancy classes at PILAT3S. Clients may return to PILAT3S 8 weeks after giving birth, provided they have received medical clearance from their healthcare provider.
