Everyone is welcome at Pilates Noord. Whether you're an absolute beginner, recovering from an injury, or giving birth to an experienced athlete, at Pilates Noord you'll work towards your personal goals in a responsible and safe way. Join our new small-group strength sessions that focus on functional training, designed to make you stronger and fitter, week after week. Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight work mixed with some cardio elements and team components. Join us for 45 minutes of hard work and fun.

Important Info:

Pilates Noord is easily accessible by bike and not far from the ferry at Eye. The studio is located on the grounds of Business Center Kaap Noord. The Strength Training Classes takes place in unit 19 D5, The PT room. This space is on the second floor, on the outdoor gallery. If you come by bike or on foot, you can either go up the metal external stairs at the right rear of the site or go up via the internal stairwell immediately upon entering. This is at house numbers 19^ and 17A4. If you come by car, you can immediately drive up the slope on the right when you enter the site, where you can park (for free). You can see the units from the parking lots. There is a large Pilates Noord logo on the window.
