Breath & Beyond @ Praxis Köpi
Hi there, Welcome to Breath & Beyond! This is a space for you to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself. Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and sound, you are invited to release stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. There is no pressure to perform – you can arrive exactly as you are and move at your own pace. Whether you are completely new or already experienced, you are welcome. Sessions take place in small groups of up to 10 people, allowing for a personal and attentive experience, with hands-on assistance when appropriate. All sessions are guided by me, Mandy, allowing for continuity and the gradual building of trust over time. I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and breathwork facilitator. The space is bright, calm, and located in Kreuzberg. All sessions are trauma-informed and designed to offer a safe, grounded, and supportive environment for your practice. HOW TO FIND PRAXIS KÖPI The doorbell is labeled ‘Praxis Köpi’. It's located in the second courtyard in the rear building—walk all the way to the back until you reach the last building. Then take the left entrance (a few steps up a metal staircase) and ring the bell again. The room is on the 5th floor, at the very top. There is no elevator.

Important Info
• Book your class directly via the Urban Sports Club app. Participation is only possible with a prior booking. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Doors close on time to create a calm and uninterrupted space. Entry is not possible once the session has started. • The doorbell is labeled ‘Praxis Köpi’. It's located in the second courtyard in the rear building—walk all the way to the back until you reach the last building. Then take the left entrance (a few steps up a metal staircase) and ring the bell again. The room is on the 5th floor, at the very top. There is no elevator. • All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. • No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. • Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. • Please avoid heavy meals directly before the session.
