Tucked into the leafy streets of Telheiras, Lisbon, our studio is a welcoming space to reconnect, rebalance, and feel supported by community.
We offer traditional yoga classes grounded in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and SwáSthya, along with specialized sessions for every stage of life — from babies and children to working adults, mothers, and seniors. Each class is designed with practices that support your body, mind, and life.
Wholeness looks different for everyone. It doesn’t always start on a yoga mat. Sometimes it begins with movement, sometimes with stillness — or even through sound, play, or creativity.
Our workshops are an extension of this belief. They offer different entry points to presence and self-awareness, whether through Kids Improv, Art Therapy, Sound Healing, Somatic work, or other experiences that speak to the body and soul in their own way.
