In our aesthetically designed studios, we offer dynamic group reformer classes that follow a contemporary workout approach. Our modern training approach enhances your strength, flexibility, and posture. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons. Participation without grip socks is unfortunately not possible. You can purchase them at the studio if needed. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after the class has started will not be able to participate. Please consider the class level when booking: Beginner = New to the Reformer (mandatory for first-time users) Level 1 = Reformer experience required: Effective full-body workout with moderate challenges. Level 2 = 15+ Level 1 classes required: Demanding exercises and dynamic flows for advanced participants. Level 3 = 30+ Level 2 classes required: Expert only! An intense full-body workout that will push you to your limits.
