Die jeweilige Stornierungsfrist wird bei der Buchung angezeigt. Andernfalls wird dir der Besuch von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen und in Rechnung gestellt.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after the class has started will not be able to participate.
Wear your workout gear and grip socks – grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed. Please inform the instructor before class about any injuries or pregnancy.
Keep in mind that it's a dynamic workout, and exercises cannot be individually adjusted.
