At Resonance Waves, our aim is to help and guide you towards more inner peace, balance and serenity, whether it is through the vibrations of sound, breath and/or yoga.
We currently offer group Yoga Nidra & Sound classes, as well as Healing Soundbath sessions and will soon be adding Yin Yoga to our schedule.
Camille, your guide, has learnt from and trained with mentors in India and Nepal, and is known for creating a safe and comfortable space around her. Relaxation and gentle smiles guaranteed! So just come visit us for a class :-)
You can find us in the heart of Amsterdam Oud-West, in a nice and quite private location where our group classes take place. A very cosy space, located within the peaceful Therapeutisch Activiteiten Centrum Amsterdam.
PRACTICAL INFO:
Please come around 10 minutes early, and note we will not accept late comers - we want to make sure all other students enjoy their class on time.
Make sure you come to class with comfortable warm clothing in which you can truly relax.
If you have your own favorite eye-pillow, thick mat, etc. you are always welcome to bring it, although we will have all equipment needed on site.
When you arrive at the location, there is a small waiting room. Please come in and Camille, the studio manager, will come open the second door to you to give you access as soon as she can.
