Thank you :) SHA-LA Studios is your home for yoga with locations in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg. We believe that Yoga is a practice for the body and the mind. It is also an ethical exercise, where the physical practice is an execution of the meditative aspect. We aim to bring balance into our lives using yogic practices in their traditional forms and different styles. We aspire to offer the highest quality of teaching to our students. Our diverse team of more than 40 teachers features many of the most experienced and skilled instructors based in Berlin. Our team at SHA-LA believe in the power of hands-on assists. Kindly tell your teacher before the class starts if you wish not to be assisted. Yoga is for everyone. All bodies are welcome. Our space is LGBQTIA+ and BiPoc friendly.

How to get to the studio: Our studio is located inside the Emmaus-Church on Lausitzer Platz. Go to the East-side entrance of the church and ring the "SHA-LA Studios" doorbell to your left. Follow the signs to the spiral staircase and walk up to the 4th floor of the church tower - then you'll be at the studio. Please make sure to close the church door behind you when entering - thank you! Equipment: SHA-LA Studios offer Yoga mats, blocks, meditation pillows, Yoga belts and blankets free of charge for use during the classes. Please don't forget to clean your equipment after use so that everyone can share it. Book your course directly via the Urban Sports Club app! Please note that this is a binding booking and that you must adhere to the cancellation deadline. The cancellation deadline is displayed when booking. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and invoiced to you.
