Join us in Ghent for Saturday mornings all-level Flow Yoga class. Transition from your work week into your weekend, surrounded by natural beauty and moving your body mind and soul!
We begin with breath work and slowly build into sweet, full-body 'vinyasa practice'. You can expect to cultivate an inward awareness with loving presence, and supporting the nervous system with the simple and profound practice of linking breath to movement. This moving meditation balances energy, emotions, and brings us into beautiful state of coherence in mind, heart and body. A great way to start your Saturday morning, and all of this magic whilst relaxing under the trees at Gazon summer bar makes it even sweeter :)

All bodies, experienced levels, abilities, backgrounds and genders welcome and invited to join our weekly class.
Equipment provided 🧘♂️: A Yoga mat and/or large beach towel to class. Yoga blocks are optional to bring along!

For studio classes: Please note that this booking is binding and you must comply with the cancellation deadline specified during booking. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, the class will be deducted from your membership allowance. Checking in via QR code is still required before participating in the class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class. Out of respect for the instructor and the rest of the group, late arrivals will not be accepted once the class has started.
