We're a bright and personable bunch of people that look forward to connecting with our clients. Classes at our studio aim to challenge but encourage every level of student. We offer slower paced practices such as YIN yoga, Essential mat pilates, and also more challenging practices like: Barre, HIIT, Dynamic Pilates and Fusion (mix of the best of the best). Take a Barre class to build up stamina and strength. Take a 45 minute HIIT class to blast calories.
