Important Info

Welcome to the SOURCE. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts. We provide all equipment, including mats, cushions, blankets and props for pilates+yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing. We offer tea, water and coffee. For breathwork sessions, we recommend avoiding large meals for 2–3 hours beforehand. The studio opens latest 15 minutes before each session. Late entry may not be possible once the session has begun. We offer sessions in english and german, depending on the facilitator.
