Join us for an invigorating training experience in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos, led by Wendy, an experienced athlete and movement specialist. This location offers a variety of training sessions tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete. The program include running sessions designed for all levels, from beginners looking to build their endurance to seasoned runners aiming for speed and efficiency. If you prefer a low-impact option, our power walk training will keep you active while enjoying the surroundings. For those navigation life changes, I also offer specialised 'fit in the transition, trainings aimed building and keeping muscle strength during transitional phases. Additionally I provide trainings at other locations and open water swimming and keep fit 60+, allowing you to diversify your fitness routine and embrace new challenges. Come and train with Wendy in the Amsterdamse Bos, where nature meets fitness, and take your first step towards achieving your goals!

Important Info:

There are lockers available to store your belongings during training. Come in your sportoutfit to the meeting location between restaurant De Bosbaan and the lockers. 10% of each training session goes to the KWF (Dutch Cancer Society)
