Turnwerk3000 Outdoor Fitness is where gymnastics-based strength training meets outdoor freedom. Our classes combine functional fitness, bodyweight control, and playful movement – all grounded in the fundamentals of gymnastics. Expect to build real strength, stability, and coordination through skills like handstands, inversions, core training, and dynamic bodyweight drills. From beginners to advanced movers, everyone’s welcome to train hard, have fun, and explore what their body can do. We train outside. We move smart. We get strong – together.
