DAILY FIX Also known as the “Workout Of the Day” or WOD, during our Daily Fix classes we are touching base on all the good stuff Functional Fitness is known for. With your fellow classmates you’ll be working on your overall fitness that will help you feel better and be good at life itself! Daily Fix classes are awesome because you’ll literally work on every aspect fitness has to offer you. Building strength and conditioning while keeping the agility to move like a ninja, how cool is that? The best part, this class guarantees the highest variety of workouts making you wonder how the hell we come up with these programs that make you feel and look good?! PUMP 'N GRIND Similar to Daily Fix, during this class you are building strength and muscle while combining the good old conditioning element. What makes this class special is that we are not making you do difficult gymnastic or Olympic weightlifting movements. No. We are actually giving our muscles an extremely good isolated pump! Think of it as an old-school globo gym sesh but in a way more time-efficient manner with the inclusion of actual cardio work; the latter you would most likely skip anyway if you train on your own at a regular gym. Pump ‘N Grind incorporates Compound Strength movements such as Squats, Deadlifts and Presses. But when we say “Pump”, we really mean it. Legs, Back, Arms, the whole shebang! The perfect class if you want to skip the difficult movements but fancy some good cardio while shaping and building the body. LEG JUICE The originator, the lower body builder. Yes! This is Leg Juice, by Wodstylez Blueprint. Soon hosted at your Studio! As the name may suggest, Leg Juice is all about building the foundation we need in everyday life. We’re talking about a tough and challenging legday training. And hell no, don’t call this a ‘another’ booty class, because it’s not! During this hour of hard work we’ll build lower body muscle by combining many variations of Squats, Hinges and Bridges and you’re going to love it! Leg Juice is really for everyone, trust us, it is! That feeling of soreness the day after will give you the thrill, wishing you were back at the Studio for another juicy session. Important Info
Expect a great vibe that goes along with great coaching and amazing workouts. Some form of experience with Strength & Conditioning Training (like for example CrossFit) is a nice to have but not a requirement as long as you are open to coaching and willing to learn. Hygiene is important so please wear clean comfortable and functional sports clothes and shoes in order to get the most out of your training. A towel and a bottle of water is recommended!
