Lis Wahl is a dancer, producer and movement class facilitator based in Berlin.
With her classes she aims to explore movement possibilities and find curiosity and gentleness towards the own body. Her approach is working with what is already there, finding softness while developing strength and flexibility in body and mind.
Teaching yoga classes with an holistic approach to Ashtanga since 2017, exploring dance, embodiment and somatic movement has been her main focus in the last years.
After several dance courses and trainings, she has become a certified Fluentbody facilitator and is currently still in training in the field of Holistic Dance with Sabin Parzer.
Fluentbody is a combination of movement and somatic bodywork that helps people be generous with their bodies and minds. Fluentbody was developed by Florencia Lamarca.
