” Yoga as a lifestyle”
At Yoga Studio Santosha Berlin, we believe that yoga extends beyond the mat. Inspired by the yogic principle of Santosha – contentment – we offer a welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
As a small studio, we value a personal and supportive atmosphere. Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10–11 participants, allowing us to create a warm community where each student feels seen, welcomed, and supported in their practice.
Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, our classes support balance, wellbeing, and a more conscious way of living.
We welcome students of all levels.
Founder Mika Ishige has been teaching yoga since 2007.
