Welcome to my yoga classes at the beautiful Yoga.Between.The.Lines studio in the heart of Nuremberg’s Old Town! ✨
I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, where our breath guides the movement and we flow from one pose to the next. Every class has its own theme, because yoga is not only about the physical practice — it’s also about connecting with yourself on a deeper level.
We’ll take time to meditate, breathe, move and slow down before finishing with a well-deserved Shavasana. 🧘♀️
My classes are taught in English and are suitable for all levels — whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. So come as you are, take a breath, and join me on the mat!

The studio opens 15 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts, so you have enough time to settle in and get comfortable.
Mats, props and blankets are all available at the studio. Just bring yourself and some comfortable clothes!
