Anatomisch und physiologisch sinnvolle Asana Praxis; das können wir! Inklusion: Wir wollen einen safe Space für Alle schaffen. Egal was Dein Background ist, wir wollen, dass Du Dich gesehen und willkommen fühlst. Deswegen sind viele Classes auf Englisch, sobald eine non-german-speaking Person dabei ist. Everybody's welcome.
