What to expect: Classical Hatha postures, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation taught progressively and without pressure. Every level welcome — especially complete beginners. Everything you need is waiting for you at the studio. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are all available — just bring comfortable clothing you can move in. Born Yin Yoga & Wellness is located on Gustav-Adolf-Straße in Berlin Weissensee, easily reachable by tram (M4, M13) and a short walk from Antonplatz. The studio entrance is on the ground floor — ring the bell if the door is closed. Doors open 10 minutes before class.
