SHIATSU ist eine einzigartige Form der Massage, die den Energiefluss des Körpers harmonisiert und vor Tausenden von Jahren in Japan entstand. Eine Blockade oder eine Stagnation der Energie kann zu einem körperlichen oder emotionalen Ungleichgewicht führen, das sich in Symptomen wie Rückenschmerzen, Nacken- und Schulterverspannungen, Verdauungsproblemen, Depressionen, Schlaflosigkeit usw. äußert. Der Shiatsu-Therapeut nutzt die Sanftheit der Berührung, um diese Energieblockaden und Stagnationen zu erkennen und zu behandeln. Im Vergleich zu anderen Massagen aktiviert Shiatsu das Parasympathische Nervensystem (den natürlichen Heilungsmodus des Körpers), was der Grund dafür ist, dass Zen Shiatsu so tief entspannend wirkt. Sie liegen während der gesamten Behandlung auf einer Futon Matratze.

Seine Berufung ist es, Menschen zu helfen, ihre Gesundheit zurückzuerlangen, indem er einen ganzheitlichen Therapieansatz verfolgt, der Shiatsu, Yoga und Ernährung kombiniert. SHIATSU originated in Japan thousands of years ago, Shiatsu is a unique form of massage that harmonizes the energy flow of the body. A blockage or a stagnation of energy can result in physical or emotional imbalance leading to symptoms like: lower back pain, neck and shoulders tension, digestive issues, depression, insomnia etc.. The Shiatsu therapist uses the gentleness of the touch to identify and treat these energy blockage & stagnation. Compare to other massages, Shiatsu activates your Parasympathetic Nervous System (the body natural healing mode) that’s the reason why it is so profoundly relaxing. You will be lying down on futon for the entire session.
MAXIME is a Shiatsu therapist and a Yoga Teacher. His vocation is to help people owning back their health using a holistic approach to therapy combining Shiatsu, Yoga and Nutrition. The objective of his work is to give a tailored solution that will fulfill patients’ need, and by doing that, to give them the opportunity to return their bodies to balance, great health to allow them to discover their true nature and live a full life.
