We teach athletic group classes on the Reformer, the Cadillac and the mat, and every class takes place on equipment designed and produced by Zest & Vigor. Our classes are small, dynamic and precisely coached. They challenge your core, build full-body strength and improve your mobility. All levels are welcome. Beginners are guided step by step, and experienced movers can go deeper and push harder. At the heart of the studio is the Zest & Vigor Academy, where we train the next generation of Pilates teachers. Our instructors learn in depth, teach with purpose and bring that craft into every class you take.

Please note: socks are mandatory in all classes. Barefoot practice is not permitted. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. Arriving by bike? Bike racks are available in the second courtyard. Please arrive on time. Late entry is not possible, and you won’t be able to check in once class has started.
