Diesen August und September bringt Casa Flow Studios seine Signature Outdoor Classes auf die exklusive SPA-Rooftop-Terrasse des Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
Freut euch auf eine außergewöhnliche Sommer-Experience über den Dächern der Stadt – dort, wo Bewegung und die einzigartige Großstadt Atmosphäre zu einem besonderen Erlebnis verschmelzen. Gemeinsam schaffen Casa Flow Studios und das Waldorf Astoria Berlin einen Ort, an dem ihr den Alltag hinter euch lassen, neue Energie tanken und Berlin aus einer völlig neuen Perspektive erleben könnt.
Ob kraftvolle Pilates Flows oder energiereiche Yoga Sessions – unsere Rooftop Classes verbinden bewusste Bewegung mit einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre und ikonischen Skyline Views. Jede Class wird von unseren erfahrenen Teacherinnen begleitet und bietet euch die Möglichkeit, euch selbst etwas Gutes zu tun – mitten in der Stadt und doch fern vom Trubel.
**Vor deiner Class**
- Bitte erscheine bereits in Sportkleidung, da vor Ort keine Umkleiden oder Duschmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen.
- Yogamatten, Pilates-Bälle und Resistance Bands werden von uns bereitgestellt.
- Denke bitte an eine Wasserflasche, da wir keine Getränke ausschenken.
- An sonnigen Tagen empfehlen wir außerdem Sonnencreme und eine Sonnenbrille. Bei besonders warmem Wetter kann ein kleines Handtuch hilfreich sein. Eine Beschattung ist nicht gewährleistet.
- Da unsere Classes unter freiem Himmel stattfinden, informieren wir dich selbstverständlich rechtzeitig / 2 Stunden vorher per E-Mail, sollte eine Class aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen verschoben oder abgesagt werden.
- Treffpunkt & Weg zur Rooftop-Terrasse
**! Bitte plane mindestens 15 Minuten vor Class-Beginn ein, damit genügend Zeit für den Weg zur Rooftop-Terrasse bleibt. Unsere Classes starten pünktlich. Ein späterer Einlass ist nicht möglich.**

**Wegweiser zur Spa-Terrasse:**
Bitte folge genau den Anweisungen um den Weg zur Terrasse so unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten:
- Auf der linken Seite befinden sich die Aufzüge. Fahre mit dem Aufzug in den 1. Stock (Taste 1).
- Warte anschließend im Foyer des 1. Stocks. Die Sammelstelle ist mit einem ROOFTOP SESSIONS-Schild gekennzeichnet.
- Alle 5 Minuten holt ein Mitarbeiter die Gruppe ab und begleitet euch gemeinsam in den Spa-Bereich im 5. Stock.
- Im 5. Stock angekommen, gehe an der Spa-Rezeption vorbei.
- Halte dich anschließend rechts und folge dem langen Flur.
- Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich der Poolbereich.
- Betritt den Poolbereich. Direkt links neben dem Eingang befindet sich die Wendeltreppe, die hinauf zur Spa-Terrasse führt.
**Hinweis**: Falls die Spa-Rezeption besetzt ist und du Unterstützung benötigst, kannst du das Team jederzeit vor Ort um Hilfe bitten.
Bitte beachte, dass der Zugang zur Rooftop-Terrasse durch den Spa-Bereich des Waldorf Astoria Berlin führt. Da sich dort auch Hotelgäste erholen und entspannen, bitten wir dich, den Bereich mit besonderer Rücksicht und Respekt zu durchqueren und zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre für alle Gäste beizutragen. This August and September, Casa Flow Studios is bringing its signature outdoor classes to the exclusive Spa Rooftop Terrace of the Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
Join us for a unique summer experience above the rooftops of Berlin, where mindful movement meets the city's iconic skyline. Together, Casa Flow Studios and the Waldorf Astoria Berlin have created a space where you can leave everyday life behind, recharge your energy, and experience Berlin from a completely new perspective.
Whether you're joining a dynamic Pilates Flow or an energising Yoga class, our Rooftop Sessions combine intentional movement with breathtaking views and an unforgettable atmosphere. Each class is led by one of our experienced instructors, giving you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself while enjoying one of Berlin's most exclusive locations.
All equipment—including yoga mats, Pilates balls, and resistance bands—is provided free of charge.
**Before Your Class**
Please arrive already dressed in your workout clothes, as changing rooms and shower facilities are not available.
We provide:
Yoga mats
Pilates balls
Resistance bands
Please remember to bring:
A refillable water bottle (drinks are not provided)
Sunscreen and sunglasses on sunny days
A small towel on particularly warm days
Please note that shade on the rooftop terrace cannot be guaranteed.
As all classes take place outdoors, we will inform you by email at least 2 hours before the class if weather conditions require us to postpone or cancel the session.
Meeting Point & Directions to the Rooftop Terrace
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts to allow enough time to reach the rooftop terrace.
Classes begin promptly, and late entry is unfortunately not possible.

**Directions to the Spa Rooftop Terrace**
Please follow these directions carefully to ensure a smooth arrival:
The elevators are located on the left-hand side of the lobby. Take the elevator to the 1st floor (press 1).
Wait in the 1st-floor foyer. The meeting point is clearly marked with a ROOFTOP SESSIONS sign.
Every 5 minutes, a member of our team will collect the group and escort everyone together to the Spa on the 5th floor.
Once you arrive on the 5th floor, walk past the Spa reception.
Turn right and continue down the long hallway.
The pool area will be on your right-hand side.
Enter the pool area. Immediately to the left of the entrance, you'll find the spiral staircase leading up to the Spa Rooftop Terrace.
Need assistance? If the Spa reception is staffed, feel free to ask the team for directions.
**Please Note**
Access to the Rooftop Terrace is through the Waldorf Astoria Berlin Spa. As hotel guests use this area to relax and unwind, we kindly ask you to walk through the spa quietly and respectfully, helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
