At Equal, you experience a workout for both your body and your mind. Come to sweat, burn, tone, and relax—Equal has it all for you. The variety of classes ranges from intensive Barre and Hot Pilates to Core Flow and Strong Flow across four levels. Everything is in place to offer you the workout you need at that moment. All power yoga and Pilates classes are designed to increase your flexibility and strength by combining breath, movement, and postures. The class with fixed postures is a challenge for both beginners and experienced yogis. Together with an experienced teacher who guides you through the one-hour session, you’ll leave with a real sense of accomplishment.

Some classes—such as Hot Pilates—focus on core strengthening and include exercises where you lie on your back for longer periods, which may not be suitable at every stage. Not sure?
