Our bright Green Studio Pilates specialises in first-class pilates training in small groups with pilates equipment (tower & barrel) and on the mat with props or classical matwork. All classes are in English. Limited spots - reserve directly on the USC app & check-in with the QR code at the studio. Wear comfortable clothes and socks. Please arrive 10min earlier for a relaxed start.
An international team of highly qualified and experienced trainers will guide you through the pilates-method and its exercises. You can choose between on-the-go and dynamic training sessions or more focused and flowing classes either with big and small equipment (tower, barrel and sliders) or on the mat. Very limited spots, book in advance!
NOTE: Reformer trainings are taught in private sessions only and are not included in USC membership. We offer Spinal Energetics Sessions in Berlin Deutschland and online, one-on-one and in small groups (not included in USC). Our courses are suitable for healthy students – we cannot take responsability for students with special needs (pregnancy, postpartum or injuries). If you have extra requirements, please arrange a private training first or join our ‚Focus Workshops‘ (not included in USC membership).

We can offer only limited places, therefore a reservation is required. Book directly via the Urban Sports Club app. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel your booking to free up the spot for another student who might want to join.
