hertzgallery schafft Räume fürs Zuhören: miteinander, nach innen und in die Umgebung. 2B Ceremony ist das regelmäßige Soundbath-Format der hertzgallery: eine 60-minütige Session im Liegen, begleitet von sieben auf 432 Hz gestimmten Kristallklangschalen. Die Klänge laden dazu ein, langsamer zu werden, den eigenen Körper bewusst wahrzunehmen und für einen Moment nichts leisten zu müssen. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich - das Angebot ist offen für alle! hertzgallery creates spaces for listening: to one another, inwardly and to our surroundings. 2B Ceremony is hertzgallery’s recurring sound bath format: a 60-minute session experienced lying down, accompanied by seven crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz. The sounds invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body and release the need to achieve anything for a moment. No previous experience is required - everyone is welcome.
