Looking for a genuine way to listen to your body, care for yourself and release what weighs you down? The Ilan Lev Method has roots in Feldenkrais, biodynamics and reflexology and offers a gentle yet dynamic therapeutic approach - it's a beautiful physical dialogue between the practitioner & the patient using movement to release tension & pain, improve mobility and promote healing. Tailored to each individual´s needs it helps alleviate discomfort while fostering a deep connection between body and mind. Through this interactive process the body is guided toward greater ease and well - being. The aim is not to “fix” a problem but to raise the inherent life & energy within all of us and re-awaken our body’s self-healing capabilities. For your included 30 minutes, I offer you a shorter version of a full treatment - if you would like to extend your session, you can book this at any time for an additional fee of 30€ / 30 min.
