All players must be listed in the Playtomic booking on the same day, otherwise we cannot issue a refund. 👉 Important: Only players who have either paid at our club before or liked our club on Playtomic are visible in the system (due to German data protection laws). Check-in at the club. On the day of your booking, please check in at our reception (show your Urban Sports membership). Receive a €7 refund to your Playtomic Wallet. After your check-in is confirmed, we will refund €7 to your Playtomic Wallet, this will be processed automatically within 72 hours. No double-payment risk. Since the booking was already paid via Playtomic, this process ensures you effectively pay €7 less without any extra steps. The refund appears in your wallet.
