How to book as an Urban Sports member: Book your Padel court via the Playtomic app. Open Playtomic, log in, find our club and book your preferred date and time (as usual). All players must be listed in the Playtomic booking on the same day, otherwise we cannot issue a refund. 👉 Important: Only players who have either paid at our club before or liked our club on Playtomic are visible in the system (due to German data protection laws). Check-in at the club. On the day of your booking, please check in at our reception (show your Urban Sports membership). Receive a €7 refund to your Playtomic Wallet. After your check-in is confirmed, we will refund €7 to your Playtomic Wallet, this will be processed automatically within 24hours. No double-payment risk. Since the booking was already paid via Playtomic, this process ensures you effectively pay €7 less without any extra steps. The refund appears in your wallet.
