4-Beat Yoga is a lively vinyasa flow inspired by the Rocket Yoga system. This practice centers on synchronizing breath with the steady, rhythmic beat of the music, creating a moving meditation. It consists of two main sequences shaped by the Ashtanga-inspired Rocket structure, beginning with Sun Salutations, moving through a sequence of standing postures, transitioning to seated or backbend poses, and concluding with calming postures. Arm balances and inversions are often included but are always optional, with a focus on maintaining consistent breath over achieving challenging poses. 4-Beat Yoga is designed for all levels, welcoming adventurous beginners to seasoned practitioners. Join us to breathe, sweat, and enjoy the flow together!

I release from liability Lea (Leia) Schlanz and any other assistants or employees for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity in the class. I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in this class.
I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me as to when, where and how to perform and not to perform any yoga poses or movements, or techniques (including but not limited to asana, pranayama, mudra and bhanda) it being understood that any deviation by me from such instructions shall be at my own risk.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this class I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages which I might incur as a result of my participation in this class.
I acknowledge that classes may be recorded or photographed to be shown on leiasyogaplay website, instagram or other third-party platforms at a later date. By taking part in the class, I agree to my image being used. It is my responsibility to let Lea (Leia) Schlanz know if I do not wish to be recorded in this way.
I acknowledge that by participating my email address will be added to leiasyogaplay mailing list. It is my responsibility to unsubscribe from the mailing list shall I not or no longer want to be part of leiasyogaplay mailing list.
