Join the ultimate feel-good bootcamp of Rotterdam! End your workday well with a high-intensity bootcamp with a wide variety of exercises combined with games and challenges. Don’t expect a circuit training at all. We call it “outdoor playing” for adults; a little escape from being online all day. The Pop-Up Bootcamp challenges you (to progress), makes you laugh (some crazy games) and have a good time with each other (social aspect; bootcampers already became friends).
