Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy; cancellations made within 24 hours before the session, will not be refunded. You can find the entrance to the building by following the Yoga Sky signs. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Please arrive a little earlier as we begin on time. The doors will be closed after 10 minutes. Please check-in using the QR Code once you arrive to the studio. You can join regardless of your prior experience. We will guide you through the meditations and practices, and they are easy to follow for anyone. Please be aware that all sessions take place in English. To feel comfortable, please wear clothes that are not too tight. Changing rooms are available in the studio. You may bring your valuables into the meditation room. We kindly ask that you set your phone to silent mode so as not to disturb other participants during the session.
