Outdoor Sessions at Volkspark Hasenheide
I offer outdoor yoga classes in Berlin's Volkspark Hasenheide whenever the weather is nice, creating space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in nature. With a background in contemporary dance, performance, and yoga, my classes combine mindful movement, breath, alignment, and relaxation to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. My approach is intuitive and welcoming, encouraging you to explore movement at your own pace. I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in Goa, India, and have been teaching regularly in Berlin ever since. From time to time, I also host special outdoor events that bring together yoga, music, movement, and community.

Please arrive on time. We will walk to the final location together. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, comfortable clothes, and something warm for relaxation at the end. Sunglasses are useful on sunny days. Open to all levels! In case of bad weather, the class will be canceled.
