Every Sunday morning in Oosterpark, we put on silent disco headphones and move together: gentle stretches, a short run, strength exercises, and free-flowing dance, ending with meditation.
This unique format allows you to move at your own pace while still feeling part of a collective. Whether you're seeking exercise, community, or simply a joyful way to start your Sunday, these sessions offer a space to celebrate movement without judgment.

Información importante
Meet us inside Oosterpark, near the entrance of Hotel Arena by the blue circular bench. You’ll have the option to store your belongings in a locker before we begin. From there, we’ll move through the park together.
