Start your Sunday in Oosterpark with movement, music, and connection. This outdoor session for women flows through gentle stretches, a light run, and playful dance. All guided through silent disco headphones with uplifting, curated music. The run is completely optional; you’re always invited to move in your own way and at your own pace. We close with grounding stillness, leaving you energized and refreshed for the day ahead. After class, stay for coffee and connection with the group in the park.
