We offer a variety of courses/classes and workshops for those wanting to elevate their experience in the saltroom. Different Yoga classes and courses are offered in the saltroom with the salt air inhalation. Guests benefit not only from the class but also from breathing in the saltair during the class and being in the environment of the saltroom.
Our rooms are cozy and we are limited on spots so please reserve in advance.
Please be aware we are not a yoga studio. Our main offer is our salt sessions which are 45 minutes long and are bookable 7 days a week also here through USC for XL Members. Our Yoga classes take place at scheduled times a few times a month for L and XL members.
