Savashannah ist ein kleines Yoga-Studio in Hamburg-Uhlenhorst, unweit von der Alster entfernt. Ein ruhiger Ort für Bewegung und Regeneration. In persönlicher Atmosphäre verbinden wir kraftvolle Vinyasa-Flows mit bewusster Atmung, Meditation und Massage - für mehr Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Fokus und innere Ruhe. Ob aktive Bewegung bei einem energetisierenden Run oder tiefe Entspannung beim Soundbath oder Yin-Yoga : hier darfst du sein, wer du bist, findest Raum, um anzukommen und neue Energie zu schöpfen oder lernst deinen Körper beim embodied movement neu kennen.
