Join us in the glorious Liedtspark of Oudenaarde for a evening all-levels flow yoga.
Bring your friends along and relax after in the beautiful Liedts Park.
Groove n' Flow in beautiful nature for a one hour super immersive Yoga experience, for all experience levels. Flow with our comfy wireless headphones, so you can tune in to the music and your instructor, so you never miss a beat—or a pose! You control your own volume! It's a vibe you don't want to miss!

Emma from Oudenaarde is experienced in sharing SoundOnYoga magic, and teaches in Dutch.
LEVEL
This class is designed for beginners to advance to enjoy. Modifications will be offered throughout.

Equipment provided 🧘♂️: Bring your own yoga mat, or feel free to just use a towel since we're outside.

For studio classes: Please note that this booking is binding and you must comply with the cancellation deadline specified during booking. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, the class will be deducted from your membership allowance. Checking in via QR code is still required before participating in the class.

- Arrive 10 minutes early to find us and check in, get your headphones and find a spot
- Yoga Sessions last for 60 minutes
- Bring your own yoga mat, or feel free to just use a towel since we're outside.
